The previous staff has shown a significant improvement. They are on the right track.

No employee is ever in the counter, food is never ready on time. App gives you an incorrect time. Waited 50 minutes for a basic cheese pizza.

That place always looks dirty, pizza is ok for $5 can't ask too much of it. Service is awful.

This is one of the best in West Pembroke Pines. Most other pizza places suck. Too bad. This used to be the best. Now, it sucks. Order 6 pizzas and were overloaded with spices. The smell made me and my son cough. We had to roll down the car window. Plz bring the other employees back. Sunday when I got home, my pizzas were burned

I waited for over an hour for two pizzas. I placed my order online, arrived at the pick-up time, and realized that my name was not on the screen. When someone finally came to the front, I inquired about my pizza and was told it would be another 25 minutes. In total, I waited 65 minutes. The restaurant is understaffed and busy, with many customers waiting for their orders as well. While it was a busy Friday night, the management is lacking as the owners of this franchise refuse to hire more help. Improvement is needed.
