Starbucks - Southlake

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, thanks to two of the friendliest people I've encountered. Seiyona and Britt, the manager, truly made my Thursday morning special! I also enjoyed the Oreo Crumble Frap, which was delicious.

The staff took the time to double-check our orders to avoid any errors. They were incredibly friendly, creating a completely unique Starbucks experience.

On the downside, the air conditioning can be turned up quite high at times. Overall, I think this place is way better than the branch at Southlake Town Square.

I visited in the morning after my doctor's appointment. The drive-thru was somewhat difficult to locate, but once I found it, everything went smoothly. I want to give a shoutout to the woman at the drive-thru window—she was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The coffee was just right, and the breakfast sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. Thank you!

I always have a fantastic experience at this location! The service is incredibly friendly, and it's my favorite Starbucks in the entire DFW area. Thank you all!
