Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Portland

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They don't keep their app updated with correct hours and will take your order and your money and you'll get to the restaurant and find it CLOSED!! DO NOT waste your time. This place is a joke and needs to be shut down.

I realize times are hard with staffing issues but I would give zero stars if I could. Pre ordered on line and waited in line once I got there for OVER ONE AND A HALF HOURS!!! Once I got my order they were out of salsa and cheese and only filled by burrito only halfway with the filling I ordered. I wasn’t going to pay $12 for a half filled burrito and corn chips when no salsa. When I said I didn’t want it anymore and I asked for a refund they said I couldn’t get a refund Get it together Chipotle open less days or hours and give better service when you can be open.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My family of 5 ordered this meal online, and waited 35 minutes for our food. The burritos were missing multiple stuff, the tacos were barely tacos, but the rip off is the burritos. We paid $72 for this meal and the burritos we only half the size that they are at other Chipotle restaurants. They folded the tortilla in a way to that the burrito would hold less food. I kid you not when I say there was a crust on that burrito. $72 for a meal that wasn’t even that filling. Such a rip off.

Unfriendly staff. Don’t know how to properly wrap a burrito. No ice in soda machines. Dining area full of trash. Trash cans filled to the top. All of the tables very dirty. Very very disappointed.

The line was out of the door when I arrived there, the workers got, although it was really fast. the hired were all so nice upbeat my food was delicious!
