Contribuiți la feedbackOrdered curbside pick up 3 times in the last month and every time I've had to go in and get my order because they never came out. Well, once they did come out but with someone else's order, said he'll be back and never came back. And once they didn't even cook my food until I came inside to pick it up. Each time I ordered online at 2 pm to be picked up at 5pm. Gave them hours to get it right and they failed each time.
The server was checking on other tables, and my husband had to flag him down for our table. Other people came in way after us and their food came out before ours. Food wasn't good the biscuits were nasty but the soda was good.
Unequaled friendliness and expressive appreciation of business very common is a real issue that plagues all service industries in the fulfillment of business etiquette and customer service. However, the menu meets a wide range of prices for everyone to afford something of what Red Lobster has been doing to stay competitive. That is working for your first time visitor.I must say, though, that for any socially conscious person or any African descendant there are no efforts to make service providers aware of the need to deliver the same level of kindness, patience, and tone of speech when communicating or delivering service to people of our diaspora remains and undeveloped and disregarded reality that 99% suffer from in silence.That is the problem, for we see how differently we are served. To pretend that there isn't a need to be sure that all customers are treated with the same dignity and appreciation is not just ignorance, it is neglect. Although it may not hurt your business by over 20%, it can increase your business by 15%, not including advertisement costs, just by focusing on making people feel special just like you do with others in front of our very eyes.
My curb side pickup order was given to someone else. Manager Stephani, refused to speak to us to address the issue. She had a worker run back and forth to act as her messenger, which made the poor worker very flustered and nervous. The manager is completely unprofessional for hiding instead of helping. We’re getting a “refund” but not sure if that’s true. Im preparing to contact my bank for this scam.
So much has improved from a few years ago. Other reviews did not lie. The food, atmosphere and service were all very good.We both had the admirals feast which seemed fresh and not stale. My triple berry sangria was amazing. We will be coming back for sure.
