Lucky Fortune Chinese Food Japanese Food

I love the fried scallops from Lucky Fortune's menu. My husband brought home some for dinner tonight and they were the best I've ever had from this restaurant. The scallops were huge and the breading was super crunchy. Lucky Fortune, please continue making this version of your scallops because they are absolutely delicious!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing, but unfortunately the customer service from one of the front desk employees is terrible. While one young man provides excellent customer service, an older woman is often rude and has yelled at customers, including over sauce choices. Despite clearly indicating preferences, there is a high chance of receiving the wrong sauces. However, the delicious food is worth dealing with the front desk staff's impatience and occasional mistakes.

I ordered the Mongolian Beef and a the Chef Special Lo mein. The Lo mein was an add on only because my friend raved about how good it is… I was Disappointed to say the least. It had no flavor and I had to drown it in soy sauce. The Mongolian Beef was flavorful however, there was barely any beef. It was all onions and scallions. The picture I posted was AFTER I had picked out most of the scallions (approx 1/2 cup) and I was still left with a container full of onions. Call me crazy, but for $13 I expect more beef and less onions.

First of all, I want to clarify that I was not rude to any of the employees at Lucky Fortune. I simply asked if they had shrimp fried rice, as the menu outside did not have what I was looking for. Unfortunately, instead of providing me with the information I needed, the staff member at the window responded with a disrespectful tone and attitude. Feeling disrespected, I decided to take my business elsewhere and had a much better experience at a neighboring restaurant called PENDANG. Another customer nearby confirmed that Lucky Fortune has a history of being rude to black people. Based on my experience and the feedback from others, I would not recommend supporting this establishment.

My food arrived with the sauce cup half full when I called to address it they sent the delivery driver back with my order. He was very rude and nasty, he got very combative with me and said next time he would not come back because it did not have to be full. This was for large shrimp egg foo young at that! I see you guys responded about the sauce but said nothing about that RUDE delivery driver!
