Pizza Hut - South Jordan

Ordered last night at 645 started calling to find out where our pizza was at 745 and phone keep disconnecting. Women answers at 8 finally said they were closed and orders went out. We still never got our orders had to run a buy food at 9 to feed my family so late. Will be calling today for a refund. So disappointed have never just not got our pizza ever so crazy.

This location is an absolute joke. I ordered last week online, got a confirmation that my order was received, and even got an update that it was being made. After an hour and a half of waiting for another update, I called to find out the store was close. Tonight, I called to confirm that they were open, which they were, and placed my order over the phone. Ordered from them last night and never received the order. When I called to get a refund today they were less than apologetic and acted put out. Glad my kids waited for dinner that never came last night. Worst customer service.

Jerri is awesome!!!! Best employee ever. Made my pizzas super fast and was amazing with customer service!

When my sister passed away the manager gave me free pizzas a couple years ago. I keep coming back due to this good deed.
