Culver’s - South Elgin

Culver's has always been a go to place with me and my 3 children, although the consistency is not always their for the most part it is satisfying. This last visit was a little out of the ordinary as the normal menu items have taken a change, some for the worst and some for the better ex- thicker bottom bun on burger which was great as they usually fall apart hallway thru an by the end their no bun at all. Fantastic chicken strips not so great anymore, my 4-piece was made up of strips not much bigger than a nugget. . As we all know food prices have skyrocketed but for my 45$ for 3 meals which is mostly made up of deep fried sides or drinks this has been a sad day for the future of Culver's. ALSO PLEASE START PROVIDING A REAL RECEIPT THAT LIST THE PRICE PER ITEM AS NOBODY REALLY KNOWS WHAT YOUR CHARGING SO MUCH FOR.

I ordered food from here but they mistakenly put bacon on my burger. Brought the food back and they took good care of me. Mistakes happen but I really appreciate how well they took care of the situation for me. Staff is great!
