Culver's - South Bend

Wait in the drive thru was pretty long, and my melt was burnt. I'm all about crispy burger edges, but this was excessive.

It's funny that it pulled up Culver's even though I actually went to Popeye's. I stopped going to Culver's cuz their burgers are bland, no taste whatsoever. I thought it was just a certain location but they all seem to have the same tasteless issue. Do they not season their burgers anymore or do the kids working the back have no idea what they're doing!?! For the cost, it's not worth the expense nor the wait. It never use to be like that...if you're cutting costs, you're definitely cutting people...Popeyes rocked though!!!

Wife and I both got burger baskets. The advertising says your order is prepared fresh. Both our burgers were so old and cold. They were dark brown all the way Through and crumbly,like there were on a plate for hours after being way over cooked. They were so cold they didn't even melt the cheese they were in contact with. I will say after contacting someone they replaced the order that was only slightly better.. don't see the fascination with this restaurant. On top of that it it a very messy place .. for all the employees on staff you would think it would be better taken care of. Won't be back

Will not be back to this location. Ordering food for dinner in went good without any issues. The issues started with no ice for fountain drinks, then the soda fountain leaked all over my hands, and then to find out the ketchup dispenser was empty. After waiting 10 minutes for our food, that was for dine in, it was brought out in to go bags and was cold. After all this, we still decide to get ice cream. The ice cream took 10+ minutes to be brought out, and was brought out some girl who didn't say one word, and actually snarled her nose at us.

The person on the drive through was terrible, I asked for just the kid’s chicken, he asked if I wanted fries and milk, I told him no just the chicken, as he read back our order he had put the milk and fries with the strips, once again I said no fries or milk got them anyway , I asked for a single w/ cheese burger and a single with cheese no onions but every thing else. Got the order, the one with out onions had nothing but a cheeseburger burger. The burgers were burned, had so much mustard it was the worst burger I’ve ever had
