Contribuiți la feedbackWe always time our trips to Midland so we can eat here. Love the chicken salad sandwiches.Update: Annabel’s has been closed for several months. Call ahead to see current status.
This place was a little hard to find because it 's now called Annabel 's on Main. It 's located next to a cute floral and gift shop. I ordered a Greek salad and a half unsweet, half famous orange sweet tea. Let me just say, whenever I 'm back in the area for lunch, I will definitely be stopping by! Delicious:
My coworker and I were driving from El Paso to Austin and passed through this town around lunch time. We liked on Yelp and found this restaurant, located off the interstate in a historic building downtown. We arrived 10 minutes before the place closed, worried they would turn us away. The staff was so nice! They told us they often get people off the interstate right before closing and never turn anyone away. The menu consisted of salads and sandwiches with a choice of a side. I ordered a half veggie sandwich with balsamic vinaigrette dressing on ciabatta with a side of homemade mac and cheese. The food came out quickly and was delicious! I was honestly worried that the sandwich half was too small, but it ended up being perfect. I would definitely recommend this place if ever passing through. Worth the stop!
Stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday. The place was packed and there was only one girl serving all the tables. She was trying, but was clearly overwhelmed. I guess the kitchen was too, as it took 30 minutes to get a turkey/ham sandwich. The sandwich was good, although the bacon was a bit too crisp. The star was the side of homemade pasta salad. It was light and full of flavor and depth. It's a cute place and the food was good, they just need more staff.
Awesome sandwiches and great atmosphere. The ladies who work here are hardworking and very friendly ! Highly recommend this place !
