Had a great experience. I attended the Thursday night Cardio Drumming class and also had a Mega Tea! The class was fun and a great work out and the Mega Tea was awesome. I will be back very soon!!

My place to go and eat and drink healthy with great tasting products. Jess and Giles are the consummate hosts making you feel welcome and warm every visit. They just acquired this spot from some guys that definitely were not smart. Go Get That Good at Elevate I can’t wait to go back home to get mine.

Front for Herbalife pyramid scheme. Do some research before stepping foot into one of these “insert local community name Nutrition” places unlike I did. Herbalife is linked to fatal liver failure. Nothing is healthy about these shakes.

Their shakes and teas are delicious! The service and the knowledge about the products being used are spot on! I can honestly say I have not had a drink I did not enjoy! Go see them, and you be the judge...you won't be disappointed.
