I had the pleasure of taking a tour of all that this beautiful hotel has to offer, and though I wasn't able to spend a night due to timing, I can say that next time I'm on Panajachel overnight, I will book a room. There's a pool, kayaks, jet skiis, a private dock and tour boats, along with a gorgeous view of the infamous Lake Atitlan. One can have weddings here and corporate conferences among the fresh air and warm weather. Plus more!

The food of the restaurant es good, but the service in a event is not so good as the restaurant.

Rooms outdated. I thought they were animal friendly because sign in the garden says so... . Unfortunately in the morning there was a dog dying by the bay. It felt like he was poisoned !!?? ... We were devastated. I wouldn't recommend.

We drove 6.5 hours to get here locally not counting the guests arriving from different parts of the USA. Guests include, a pregnant lady, multiple ppl with health conditions, whom require food to take medication and 4 children. We arrived at 9p. As they gave us our rooms, the rooms had no electricity, and we were hungry in which the restaurant was closed. We were offered other rooms w/o the view we had paid for and to satisfy our hunger, they offered us sandwiches.

Hotel has a nice view. Customer service was great. Food was not good at all. Food around Panajachel is not recommended. You’d better off cooking your own food. Plenty of parking. Rooms were clean and sufficient. Beds were comfortable. Definitely worth the visit if you’re a tourist.
