Zaxby's is always a good choice for some delicious chicken. However, this specific location impressed me with their fast service at the drive-thru. Unlike other locations that are usually slow, I was able to quickly get my lunch without waiting for a long time. I appreciate the efficient service.

The food at this fast food restaurant is decent, but the drive-thru service can be notoriously slow. It's a good idea to double check your order as it's common to have items missing.

The food was of good quality and taste, but the customer service was lacking. We were not offered any additional sauces and ended up having to pay for them separately. As for dessert, we received what appeared to be a small cookie bag. While it wasn't a terrible experience overall, attention to detail is important.
