Hardee’s - Smoke Rise

Excited to see it remodeled. There should be a manager there on the weekends to show the front counter staff how to operate during a rush. Pitiful service, 6 people in line and the person running the register didn't even acknowledge anyone until there was no choice. This is a great Hardee's when the management puts people that want to work in place. Drive thru is backed up, but moving well, dining area is the problem. Service: Take out

.....EXCELLENT HARDEE 'S! The woman at the counter identified herself as the general manager. She was courteous and professional. She even came out to see how we liked our meals. I told my husband, I 'll never get tired of how sweet people are in the South. Then she went even another step above and beyond and offered us each a piece of the candied bacon. It was delicious! We 're going to stop here on our way back home next week. I should mention that the place was clean and looked brand new. Note: One of the women who worked in the back went to the restroom at the same time I did. I was happy to see she washed her hands! Parking: We were towing a 30 ' camper and had no problem parking.
