Chick-fil-a - Simpsonville

Use this Simpsonville location to be great. Fast, friendly, and orders were always right. I had high standards for a fast food store. Lately, often, something is missing and I don't know until I get home. This morning I go through the ride to get my mobile order. At first I had to raise and wait for my spicy chicken biscuit (withdraw and wait often happens lately), then a girl brings the bag, I check the bag to make sure that everything is in it (bc you can?t trust that it is right) Great surprise, it was missing sauces. The girl rushed so fast that she didn't hear me. The line was so long that I didn't have time to go through it. It will no longer stop me from going there, but they are definitely not fast and they will definitely not order right. You like the rest.

I took my girls to this place for lunch and met the most beautiful lady named Cathy!! She was so good at Chick-fil-A. I'm so grateful to meet you?

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, I did it during driving when I got a slender terrible taste in my mouth. It was the salad. They were dark green and slim, so the tomatoes. Weapons were freezing. I hope they can do better, but no more of their sandwiches for me.

The portions at this restaurant are always on the smaller side. The meals, priced at $14 each, are not worth it. Considering how much they charge, one would expect better quality. We paid $45 for two meals delivered, and unfortunately, that's all we received.

I have always had a positive experience at Chick-fil-A in the past. The food is always hot, even by the time I get home. However, tonight was different. When we got home, our dinner was cold - the fries and sandwich were both cold and dry. I can't help but wonder if there has been a change in management or policy. This was a terrible experience.
