Eclectic And Grill - Silverthorne

I had a burger and beer. The burger was ok but nothing special. Even though the place was nearly empty and I sat at the bar the service was atrocious. Multiple servers were more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. I waited 10 minutes just to get a menu and another 10 minutes to order. Very frustrating experience.

Great food, great service, with an eclectic, casual atmosphere. I know my friends, my wife and I will come back again in the near future when we are hiking in the area. My wife and I shared a summit mushroom burger with a side of fries, and a mac and cheese burger with a side of Cuban corn. And with our friends, we shared the chicharonnes and queso. The service was amazing. We had several pleasant conversations with our server Augusta. She came with water shortly after we were seated. She gave us some recommendations on what to order. And we talked about things to do around Colorado for Halloween. Near the end of our meal we met the co-owner. He was also very kind and wanted to make sure our experience was great which of course it was. The ambiance is.. eclectic and casual. Art from local artists decorate the walls and are available for purchase. No TVs on the wall. Large outdoor seating area.
