El JalapeÑo Feliz Pupuseria Y Taqueria El Buen Gusto

I was not a fan of this food truck. We got a chicken quesadilla, a chicken taco, and a side of rice. The chicken was very dry and the rice was bland. However, The biggest disappointment was the quesadilla. I have never heard of a quesadilla that has lettuce and sour cream cooked INSIDE the quesadilla it’s always been served on the side, which is what “served with” also implies. Warm, liquidity, runny sour cream with dry chicken and wilted stringy lettuce was not our idea of dinner, so sadly, We threw it out.

Not sure if it was just a bad night but the refried beans tasted like old fryer oil, bitter and unpleasant. The chicken was dry but had good flavor. The steak was tough and tasted freezer burnt. The tacos had a few too many onions for my liking and the corn tortillas were not as soft as I'd hoped. the rice was good and the salsa verde was very good! I'm hesitant to try them again.

The flavor is good. Not too expensive. But the time they take for preparing your food is kind of long
