Kashiwa Japanese Cuisine - Signal Hill

Oh, wow. I can't believe this place is temporarily closed. this evaluation is long overdue. I've been dimming here a year ago the pandemic and I haven't.

I am here on Wednesday afternoon and the load is closed. I fear this restaurant can be permanently closed.

I've been in this restaurant for a long time. let me tell them why in as few words as possible. 1) is led by a man and a woman who is.

We had a party of 8 tonight wanting to try dinner here after being closed and some of us moving away. We were treated very well and the fish was very fresh. The service was really good and we're so glad kashiwa has reopened and serving fresh fish and small plates.

Don't like to do this because more people will go here but they do deserve to be the best sushi in Long Beach by my standards. Sushi sashimi even the hot sake were phenomenal.
