Mcdonald's Restaurants - Sidney

During this visit I ordered a Nugget menu. The nuggets had no heat in them at all. The pommes were chalky, hatch warm and mushy, which they are usually at this point!!! Very rare, the frits are hot and crispy as they should be, 1... from my last 10 visits. In my opinion, this is the worst McDonald’s on Vancouver Island. Big Macs are always cold, your luck if you even get napkins in your pocket.

We ordered a quarter of Pounder Burger level and noticed some onions on the box. That should have been good, which is not acceptable to see a piece of gum on the box. Very rough.

The service at this restaurant was very slow and disorganized. The server even used their bare hands to touch the muffin in the bag. The location was great, but I wish they were more organized. I ended up leaving on the second morning after waiting 20 minutes just to get a coffee.

The service in this restaurant was the worst thing I've ever seen. I'll never go back. The coke was water and was told to get another drink they didn't have time to replace it. Big Mac rolls were so hard that we couldn't eat. Very disgusting.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Not once has this establishment gotten my order right. They never check orders before handing them out, and try to argue back when they have messed up your order. AVOID. Drive up to the Mt.Newton location. Much better.
