Panera Bread - side

Abysmal costumer service, always out products, the worst wait times I have ever seen. I canceled my coffee subscription because of the horrible experiences I continued to have at this location. It might take me a while to regain trust in Panera after having given up on this location (and for anyone that knows me I used to love Panera)

Unfortunately terrible service. Very frequent that they are out of ingredients. And when you do order anything, more than half the time your order goes missing. So bad that I just have to cut my losses.

Is it possible to give zero star rating?!!?? 2 times in a row my espresso drinks was done incorrectly. Every thing that could go wrong is going on in the restaurant including a staff member singing ” im quitting, im quitting.... i'm out this ” soooo — I would avoid coming here.

Been going to this one in northwestern hospital for 5 years used to be 5 stars but yesterday 4 stars service was very slow lots of customers were complaining about slow service food was still good.

The sausage on the pizza was blue/grey. It gave me pretty bad diarrhea.
