Dunkin' - side

Angry girl at the front desk said my order and sounded like she was slurring her words and kindly asked to repeat that and she yelled it out angrily.

Got to have my Coffee. Who can beat the Large 2.00 dollar coffee. Between 2 and 6.

Went inside to order simple bagel with cream cheese. 7 people working and waited 5 minutes without someone taking my order. Watched them take 5 drive through orders and talk amongst themselves. Not even an acknowledgment I was standing at the register. Won't get my business

This young fat Latino looking kid working the window at nights dropped my credit card at the drive-thru window and didn’t even apologized for it. I was like not even a sorry for dropping my card while it was raining. If you hate your job why work there? I buy coffee everyday from that Dunkin location! I won’t go there anymore. I’m also a Dunkin rewards member that’s how much I buy. I’m really upset and will be calling the store owner on this one.

I live right down the block and they never get the order correct.....terrible traffic and please put someone at the cashier that understands and is not ready to argue. Girls in the back lookin at customers instead of getting the order correct Spending 30 dollars and not getting the order correct anyone would be upset. All that moeny to improve the property and customers still come out flying from the drive thru.cross the street with your kids..... #boycottingdunkindonut
