Sonic Drive in - Shreveport

If you had never been here before, you would never know that this is the BEST Sonic in our area. I live closer to Greenwood's Sonic, but I'll skip it and come here. Excellent service and food. My order has never been wrong here and the manager even came out and asked us how we did in the past. Love this Sonic, her service and the staff. I recommend this Sonic to my friends and family.

Eating is usually good. I love the Shakes. The last time I was stopped, they made my food in about 7 minutes. When I came home, 2 minutes away, I took my food out to find it was cold. I had to put my food in the microwave because it wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese.

My last experiences were not for my pleasure. I understand that many people are still short, so waiting is never a problem. the settings have grown ugly, especially if a wrong order has to be corrected, the customer service has definitely gone downhill.

Usually it’s a great experience but the last few times things have been off. This time the chicken was old again and more breading than chicken. Also you can’t use hot coffee and add ice to call it cold brew. It taste terrible, no one who ordered one drank theirs and the people who got popcorn chicken were not happy . It wasn’t busy so everything should have been perfect or at least what was ordered. Honestly disappointed, I drive pretty far past a closer sonic to go here because the other is never good. I really hope this sonic isn’t becoming the same way .

I spent 34 on food for me and my employees on our way back to Longview Texas. To get two cold Burger and tator tots that just fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I eat at sonic all the time and this was the worst food I have ever received from one. A waste of hard earned .
