Rollin' In The Dough - Shreveport

Definitely off the beaten path but very much worth it. We ate lunch there before heading back home to Texas this past weekend. The shrimp gumbo was great. I would go back for sure!!

I've lived in Shreveport-Bossier my entire life and for some crazy reason never ate here until a couple of weeks ago. Best burger in town hands down. The fries are so crispy and yummy, and the buns are sweet but pair so well with the burger! Try the spicy ranch, it's a must!!!! We WILL be back! Shout out to our awesome waiter David!!!

Food is always delicious and fresh at Rolling In The Dough. Fried catfish, shrimp poboys, and their burgers with homemade buns are my favorites. The casino cake is a great dessert. A fun place to have lunch with the girls.

I went here last week and with my boyfriend and we were SO impressed! The restaurant is absolutely charming! They have lots of seating, and it has a homey feel. I adore the mismatched furniture and wall decorations. The cashier was friendly and polite. He answered all of our questions and recommended I try my pimento cheese sandwich on the homemade bun! I was wary at first, as I have always had it on a croissant or regular bread. He assured me I would not be disappointed. When my plate came out I noticed it was served with hamburger fixings! I have never had a pimento sandwich like that before, and so I tried it out with lettuce, pickles, and onions. Best sandwich ever! I can't believe I never tried it like that before. My boyfriends hamburger was cooked perfectly, and we loved the fries! I found the food to be light and filling all at the same time. The casino cake is delicious- not too sweet, but just right! I really enjoyed eating here, and my only complaint is that it isn't open every night- but hey, I can live with that! I hope to visit again sometime soon and try additional menu items. One of the best salads around Shreveport Bossier! Homemade buns to die for . Lots to choose from and it's all fabulous!!!
