Mcdonald's - Shorewood

Every time I and my family order the 40-piece chicken nuggets, we never get the soss for it. this happens several times or we have forgotten articles. I've never had any problems at this place. food: 4/5

Sa in the drive thru line for 20 minutes at 9 o'clock at sat night. fry doners don't work. teens runs between cars waiting in line. do not move the line after another 10 minutes. the service is really bad here.

This place has some of the worst employees I have ever encountered. They can never get your orders right and today when they ordered I checked bag immediately when they handed to me and I told her it wasn’t correct. Her response to me was “I don’t know what to tell you!” Unbelievable the very poor attitudes these employees have. Management really needs to be held accountable.

This McDonald's is very unprofessional. They had over 20 cars waiting in line and I pulled up to the window and all the kids are dancing and singing in the McDonald's and not working No wonder why everyone was waiting and so frustrated. This is very disappointing. Manager please take a look at your staff for may 14th 2022 930pm shift. These children need to be addressed.I will be avoiding this place.

Terrible service. Very annoying that every week they are out of pop. Come on people!!! Obviously need some better ordering of your items. Or the shakes don’t work. Every time I try to go there they have some excuse about something on their menus. I don’t understand! Have someone standing out there so I don’t don’t waste or time!
