Shinnecock Eats Cafe - Shinnecock Hills

We stopped for breakfast on our way to Montauk. Definitely order an omelette; it was huge and stuffed full of veggies. I asked for ham to be added. It's nothing fancy; order at the deli counter served in to-go containers. Coffee is serve yourself, and gets a from me because they had flavored creamer as well as 1/2 1/2 and milk. The bathroom was very clean.

Perfectly prepared. Very generous portion. Delicious. My new favorite local lobster place! Came with tasty chips and an excellent buttered grilled/toasted large roll.

Workers are incompetent...forgetting my orders (even though I was literally the only customer). Service also is the pace of a snail. Try to avoid if at all possible

We ordered the Shinnacock Lobster Roll (olive oil, arugula) and shared lobster bisque. Wow! Meatiest, tastiest lobster roll l've ever tasted. Bisque had a bunch of large lobster chunks and light on the cream.
