Little Caesars Pizza - Sherwood Park

They Missed a portion of my order when it was delivered. I called the store and I’m not sure if it was the owner, manager or another associate but the lady was extremely friendly, offered to fix the issue and provided us with a complimentary item for the mistake plus have it delivered. Even though they had made a mistake, their friendliness on the phone plus their kindness to go above beyond to fix our order is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This location is always busy but they always have items ready to grab.Foods are perfectly cooked .Workers are friendly.

My weird very accommodating, and I'm a very hard person to please period these ladies have gone above and beyond to make me completely satisfied with my order, amongst the order of my friends period I think this is the number one Little Caesars spot to come to as it is my bifar favorite

Ordered online, apparently 2 orders with the same first name caused my order to not be made asap as was ordered, was a 40 minute wait for the pizza. Order was wrong, gave me a 12 inch rather than the 14 inch. Added a free crazy bread due to the wait. As I wasn't the one who picked up my order the wrong size was missed. I called in to say it was wrong. Told me they would replace it. I asked for the next day to pick up due to the drive. Called in with a 40 minute notice due to the wait yesterday. Got there and was informed they forgot. Had to wait 15 minutes for my replacement pizza! I'd suggest a better system for this place, not sure I'll be back. The food was okay.Edited to add, the pineapple is bad! Stay away, stay safe!
