Fox's Pizza Den - Shelocta

A young person should not be in charge of managing.

I've ordered pizza and various other dishes from this restaurant multiple times. Unfortunately, during my last three orders, the wait times have been excessively long. I was promised delivery within 30-45 minutes, but each time it took longer, with the most recent order taking 1.5 hours. This is unacceptable. When I called to report the issue and speak with management, I was told it wasn’t a problem and that pizzas were sent out with other orders at the same time. This seems inefficient, as it leads to cold food. Thank you for not addressing my concerns, Fox's Pizza Den in Shelocta. I hope you figure out how to run a business effectively.
