Rassam's - Sheffield

I ordered churros and they arrived cold, dry, and awful. When I told the staff, they said I would have to pay for a new order if I wanted them warm. The customer service was terrible. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Really lively. everything has a last of sugar in it. I went with teeth and didn't come out with anyone.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday with my family, and I was shocked by the disorganization. The staff seemed confused, getting orders wrong and forgetting our requests. They even charged us for items that should have been free (it was our daughter's birthday). The restaurant was also dirty and in need of a good cleaning. We spent over 2 hours there, with 1 hour and thirty minutes of that time spent waiting for the staff. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

My roommates and I love ordering from Rassams every other week because their desserts are so delicious. It's definitely the best dessert place in Sheffield, and we can't wait to visit in person to meet Mr. Rassam. Ali, who delivers our food, is always quick and friendly. We hope to see him working hard in the restaurant when we visit. I always stick with the cookie dough because I love it so much, while my friends enjoy the waffles, cakes, and milkshakes. They love them too!
