Came through the area traveling and ordered a veggie bowl with chips online. The bowl was more sour cream than beans, rice or veggies.. They forgot the chips entirely, forgot the queso I paid extra for, and I found several pieces of meat in my bowl. I attempted to call and there was no answer three times, and judging by the rest of these responses no one at this location seems to care about the abysmal reviews.As a vegetarian trying to get some food on the go it was just overall disappointing. To top it off the bowl was entirely cold. People working the drive thru lane were quite rude as well. By far the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Stop at a different location, this was terrible.

They are ALWAYS out of tortilla chips... I don't get it. Also just dump toppings on in ways that make it gross, like way too much hot

At 10:47 food in steam table was not adequately hot. Food should be brought to temperature BEFORE inserting pans on the steam line. Many times Chipotle nationwide has been involved in violation of safe health practices. You would think the managers would be paying closer attention to safety, seeing it is such a new location. Food handlers need to understand how bacteria thrives in the danger zone. I can find no other issues with this location. This is a big issue however.?. REVIEW UPDATE: They refuse to split an order for one burrito into two tortilla wraps. What kind of customer service is this? Pretty easy to make half portions and use two wraps. General manager should be canned for lack of customer service. Manuel can’t figure out how to split an order. Explaining why he doesn’t work in a restaurant that requires any skill. I’m done with this location.It has changed for the worse. Service people are nice but the manager is awful. Obviously no culinary training. Manuel was conveniently out of “business cards” Goodbye.??
