Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sewell

Disappointed. All I wanted was a steak bowl. Paid for one but got less than half with not fresh steak. I respect portions but this is wild...

My wife just ordered over $100 worth of delivery and it was half of what you get in store. The salads were all sour cream and missing several toppings. The burritos were also missing toppings and small portions.

Worst chipotle. I don't understand how the online orders are so bad. If you go in and order it is slightly better. Reviews have been bad for a while. I guess no one cares. What a shame.

As much as I crave a good veggie bowl with some guacamole, I won’t be going back. There was no line yet the vibe is that the employee wanted to rush me down the line. Employee looked miserable. Employee was not pleasant at all. Because I was rushed down the line, I had forgotten to order some chips and guacamole so I added it at the end and the employee was annoyed that they had half taken their gloves off and had to put them back ok. Who do these people think they are? I’m so sorry you have to work. Lol. Entitled little punk gen z brat! And then as I sat and ate he is up by the register picking and rubbing at his face. So nasty. Can’t be rubbing all up on yourself in food service. Just disgusting!

Okay. I 've been to a million Chipotles across the US. If it sucks, you just take it on the chin and keep it moving. This was different. This was so bad I HAVE to leave a review. I 'm not even mad. It was so bad it was comical. But more than anything, I 'm sad for the employees. I walk, they 're not busy at all. Great! But the vibe was immediately weird. Whoever the guy with the beard was being a miserable jerk to his coworkers and extremely short with the customers. He was literally throwing food around like a spaz. So I started my bowl, the guy all the way to the right was pleasant and clearly trying to ignore the ugly dude with the beard. He started it off, which I was happy about. After the rice and beans, beard man takes over, looks at me and goes queso veggies!? QUESO VEGGIES!!? I didn 't even have time to think so he kept moving. I didn 't argue. He literally slopped my toppings in as if I did something to him in a former life. At one point I definitely laughed in his face because he was so over the top. Then the sour cream came out.. He doused the entire thing. The whole bowl. When I was checking out, the sweet girl at the register looked absolutely defeated. You could tell she was a victim of ugly beard man as well. I feel bad for anyone who has to work around anyone like him. Honestly probably wouldn 't have been so bad if it weren 't for him. Also the place was disgusting. At one point UBM (ugly beard man) randomly picked cheese out of my bowl and put the cheese back. He we was getting ingredients everywhere. Whole thing was sad and unpleasant. I 'm not gonna get into the food bc I basically took 2 bites and left. He should be fired. He 's the ugly guy with the beard, you can 't miss him. I have nothing to say about the other employees because they are all clearly a victim of him. I get it working sucks. I was coming back from a 12 hour day myself. No excuse. Fire the beard dude.
