Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Have had Drive through a couple of times. Each time they have forgotten items in the order but charged for them. Very upset child at home when the items were missing. Rang to tell them, very rude. Decided to go to Castle Hill.

Got my meal fresh and ready! Customer service was nice and I enjoy buying my food from Seven Hills North McDonald's.

This is one of the worst restaurants in all of Sydney. Our food was left sitting for 10 minutes and it got cold. The staff seemed clueless and were rude, providing poor customer service.

The service is quick and the restaurant has plenty of seating available since it is located in a food court. However, the menu selection is limited. I typically prefer to go to McDonald's.
