Contribuiți la feedbackTo say, not the best experience here. Staff good, helpful. But the food that is really 't authentic Italian poor antipasti pepper served with this is not even marinated, I would describe it as simply cut. Cold red wine The pizza was the most disappointing part... too little sauce on the basis, probably quite cheap tomatoes. Of course, French style, covered with cheese, no mozzarella no taste at all. I get better pizza from the freezer.
I ordered Girasoli Osso Buco for my little girl. Although the food was served immediately, it was cold! That's not all! We found a hair in the plate and because we cut it with the knife, the restaurant manager, in a very cheeky way, made us pay the part, also a great scandal that I dared to return the plate. I'm sorry I didn't photograph the record... It's the first time I wrote a bad review, but such unprofessional behavior was rare for me to meet.
What a relief! After some of the worst dining experiences of our lives around Disney Village, it was so wonderful to come here and have a good time. We were allowed to choose our seats, ordered our food off the incredibly reasonably priced set menu (so cheap for the area! , our drinks and meals arrived quickly, and it was all perfect. Lovely pizza and delicious carbonara, even the free bread was freshly baked and gorgeous! I just wish we'd found this spot sooner and came here every evening instead of the misery we experienced at every other restaurant we visited!
We went for lunch twice, my 6 year old loved the kids menu bolognaise (he usually never finish his plate but he did! pizza, Frandola du Antipasti, Parpadelli Diavola, tiramisu were fantastic however Ravioli 4 fromagi was light on cheese. Also, the restaurant was busy so the waiters were a bit rush on orders...
Ignored my food allergy despite making it very clear. If you can't cater for allergies then you shouldn't be serving food. Should have read the reviews before going in. Took us ages to make an order, kept constantly ignoring us.. we should have left at that point. I asked for salmon pasta with red sauce, not white sauce because I'm lactose intolerant.. I made it v v clear and the waiter acknowledged my intolerance. I am severely intolerant and just some dairy might cause severe stomach upset. We were a party of 8, and everyone got his order, mine came 45 min late, after everyone had finished their food.. I thought that was because they were making sure it has no dairy.. after I had finished half my plate my wife noticed that the pasta sauce was pink rather than red.. I unfortunately hasn't noticed. We searched for someone to ask whether this sauce had dairy, but no one around to ask , so my wife went to speak to the waiters, asked them if there was dairy in the plate. Their answer was we don't know.. we r busy.. nothing we can do.. she explained it was an allergy and it's a serious issue, we need to know.. their answer was the chef made plenty of plates today, know way to know. Only after insisting on speaking to the manager did we then know that it contained cream. They cancelled our bill in return but doesn't really make up for it. Had horrible stomach cramps all night, when we were meant to be going to Disney the next morning.
