I attempted to place an order online, but upon arriving during my designated pick-up time, I found that my order had not been started. Despite other customers ordering at the kiosk and receiving their food promptly, my order was neglected on a printer. The online ordering system was not very easy to use. Although the food itself was decent, I needed something quick to eat before an afternoon meeting. For a faster experience, I recommend ordering in-person at the kiosk, although be prepared for a 15-20 minute wait for your food.

The crispy chicken sandwich was lackluster, small, and unappetizing. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever tried.

NEVER stays open until 3. Closed close to 1pm today. Salad bar is hit or miss mixed greens were black and old last time.When this place is actually open and actually has fresh food, it's good.
