This place made my wife cry.My wife is a hospice nurse. So, she goes from home to home seeing dying people. Since it is a mobile position she often needs to find a place to sit down and chart for an hour or two. I understand that this place is small and that they need to make space for more customers. I also understand that Japanese fast food typically has limited seating and a high turnover of customers that makes people working there problematic, but my wife is the sweetest woman with a huge heart and if you made her cry then you messed up.The story:My wife went in, ordered some teriyaki, and opened her laptop to do some charting between patient visits. A woman came out to tell her that she couldn't work there. My wife said that she understood and would wrap up quickly. Moments later, a man came out to tell her forcefully to leave. She was there in medical scrubs and obviously wasn't planning to spend hours and hours coding or something and there were still other tables open. My wife, who was admittedly spread thin already from a stressful patient visit, burst into tears.Caveat:To be fair, my wife said that the teriyaki was good and priced well. I gave their food 5 stars and an overall rating of 2 stars rather than 1 star because of food. They lost a potential regular who would be coming in during the slow periods for and hour or two by making assumptions about her.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is delicious, the service is efficient and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It's definitely worth trying out! They offer vegetarian options and if your child enjoys teriyaki dishes, they will find something they like here. The parking lot is shared with other businesses on site and can be a bit challenging to find a spot at times. The restaurant is reasonably accessible to individuals with mobility impairments. They have a few options available for those with dietary restrictions.
