Good food....miss the free app rolls. But very decent southern food. Not like my grandmother's. But it's close. I usually need a wheel barrow to get wheeled out when I'm done.

I have dined at this restaurant twice and was pleased with the quality of the food and the exceptional service. While it may not be considered gourmet, the quick service and satisfying meals make it a convenient stop off Highway 72 between Chattanooga and Huntsville.

The meat on the buffet looked like it had been sitting there all day so we decided to order from the menu. I ordered a steak cooked Medium and my husband ordered his Medium Rare. The Medium steak was a little tough but the Medium Rare was good and had great flavor. Heads up on the baked potato, It comes already LOADED with butter. So, you may need to request yours come without butter. The service was ok, our waitress could have been a little more friendly.

I give this place a 5 star for the staff,prices and food. Now for whomever owns the place, that's a different story. This place is HOT! The staff are working their butts off and physically sweating while taking care of the patrons. GET THE AIR CONDITIONER FIXED! We will not be back until we call ahead to be sure the air is in proper working condition. I drove 40 min to meet some family there and the air was not working properly. The staff was so awesome but those conditions were not. I feel horrible they are showing up to take care of people and they are not being taken care of by the owner of that building.

The buffet at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, featuring fried chicken and traditional Southern dishes like mashed potatoes, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. Additionally, you can order any cut of steak you desire. The Scottsboro location is only a 30-minute drive from my house, so my family and I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant!
