We were looking for a cheap, local, authentic German food. that's definitely hit in the black. they had no English menu and the waitress said they don't speak English, but they came back with their man, the cook/owner who told us the article on the menu. they had a varied menu with wild dishes. at the end I got a wild boar sausage with pommes and salat. with the beer it was approx. 9 euro! it was all very delicious. my wife had a black steak with camembert, which was also very good. we loved this restaurant (also has a beautiful view) and the owners who ensured that we had everything we wanted. we highly recommend.

I'm sure that's the point. they had no English menu and the waitress said they didn't speak English, but she came back with her man, the cook/owner who explained the article... on the menu for us they had a diversified menu that included game dishes. I ended with a wild boar bratwurst with fries and salat. with the beer the total result was about euro! it was all very delicious. my wife had a black steak with camembert, which was also very good. we loved this restaurant (also has a beautiful view,) and the owners who make sure we had everything we wanted. we highly recommend.
