Today we had dinner at Glanzers Michl. Everything was perfect from start to finish! The atmosphere is very cozy. The operation/service was on point. The welcome was very warm. As a starter we had parsnip soup, which tasted perfectly. The bread croutons served with it made the whole thing even more refined. For the main course we each ordered a beef fillet. The cooking point, taste and seasoning were also hit perfectly here. The side dishes were more than sufficient. For dessert we had the Glanzers Michl dessert variation, which was a delight for the palate. All in all, we have to recommend the restaurant without reservation! Here we still cook with love! The homemade mulled gin at the beginning outside by the fire created a cozy, Christmas atmosphere. The starter with various spreads and Franconian Räuderla was delicious and varied.
