Starbucks - Schaumburg

This place is always bustling since it's located in the Target complex. You can expect all the usual Starbucks offerings here as well.

The staff at this Target Starbucks location are consistently unpleasant for no apparent reason. I think I've had only one positive experience here, and it was with a woman who seemed to be a manager, as she was training someone. The regular employees often give us disapproving looks for simply stepping up to place an order, which happens every time we visit. The Starbucks across the parking lot is much friendlier, and I would recommend going there instead. From now on, that’s where we'll be heading, as I'm tired of feeling guilty for wanting a cup of coffee.

I ordered a strawberry cream frappe, but it seemed like something was missing—no flavor at all! I also got a cappuccino without sugar. This place is drive-thru only, so how am I supposed to complain when I’d have to go back through the line with six cars waiting behind me? Food rating: 1/5.

They had no ice and the coffee sucked and the girl working there acted like she was in a hostage situation.

For some reason this starbucks cannot get it together. I went 2 times today to get the same drink and both times made it wrong. I order ice coffee with 2% milk........ how hard could that be? the first one was sweetened with some berry flavor and the next one wasn't sweetened at all. If you wake up in the morning and want to have a nice cup coffee to start your day DO NOT COME HERE. It will ruin your week driving back and fourth to buy over priced coffee and you dont get what you even paid for
