Jimmy John's - Schaumburg

Closed at 7:15, online it shows they are open till 9, app shows open till 9. I go to Five guys and two different employees of Jimmy John’s walk in about 10 minutes apart. First a young guy. Then a young gal. I included a receipt photo of from Five guys just because I’m sure they’ll say they were open

All I can say is Do Not order in this location. I waited for two sandwiches over ah hour, but funny enough JJ delivery girl was outside of my house. But either she was lost or had a wrong order… wasn’t mine that’s for sure. When I called the store this ghetto manager said no your order is still here. I’m like that’s 40 minutes you know? Where the store is literally 7 minutes away from my house. I had to call 3 times to ask if this order will be delivered. Finally this guy comes by knocking exactly who I am since he talked to me 3 times. And asking me what’s the name under this delivery… I’m like freaky fast. Every other location will refund me my money and still deliver the food.

Ordered two BLTs. They forgot to add tomatoes and lettuce to both of them.

This place is the worst! How is this acceptable for a sandwich! Might hold the record for the slimmest bread

Slowest Jimmy John’s ever. Waited for 30 minutes in drive through line.
