La Plaza Pizzeria - Scarborough

Had a lovely portion of cheesy cheeps, the lovely blond girl on the front was amazing. And al the chefs behind her. Amazing experience. Would 100% recommend. Gorgeous food and fantastic customer service xx

Sat waiting for our order that we placed two hours ago (before the England game kicked off). We tried to ring them numerous times. It either comes up as busy or it just rings out. Absolute joke

Waited nearly 2 hours for a take away. Cost twenty pounds and was not great. Had to phone twice to get delivery and just eat app said 40 mins.

I get it's busy today for people ordering but we were given a delivery estimate of 8.00-8.20. called at 9pm and was told order left shop at 8.40. called again at 9.40pm to ask to cancel to be told it's just leaving the shop and was too late for cancel and we could get same order tomorrow. I declined and they hung up on me. order arrived at 9.55pm. pizza had wrong sauce base on, garlic bread was overcooked and they went to wrong house. yes it's busy tonight but don't lie about what time the food went out!

Ordered a takeout for 3 people, 2 burgers 1 kebab the order was estimated for 45 mins but after 2 chase up calls came after 1 he 45 min with no offer of discount or apologies, food was average. I won’t bother in future
