The Donkey - Sayulita

We didn't know what to expect in Donkey. It was a very funny environment because its one big table so you will be asked to sit with other diners and make new friends. We did. The food was excellent, I had a banged local salad with polished fish and lemon dressing, my friend had the Mu's Fish Patty Burger with sweet chilli sauce I tried and also liked. She menu is a street food menu so it will change, something I heard in a conversation with the staff and some people who seemed like regular.
