Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

We visited this recently load on the way to the city to visit family. not only was the personal rude at the journey through the window, but they seemed more concerned about what was going on with each other than to serve customers. they left out additional sauces that we bought and have grounded my salad. we made them fix it and it seemed right, so we went. but when I came home, little cucumbers were hidden. I would have let this go if they were not so rude and inadequate to all. they may need more training and guidance. it's too bad because I never have a bad experience at zaxby.

Just waited in this drive thru for almost 30 minutes, got to the mic, ordered a Black and Blue salad, 3 extra blue cheeses, large sweet tea extra ice, and grilled chicken sandwich, then preceded to wait another 10 minutes to get to the window, all the while happy that I'm actually getting a salad.....I get to the window, the rude girl at the window asks if I had the grilled chicken COMBO, which I told them at the mic ONLY the sandwich, to which I say I also had the black and blue salad. ...... To which the rude girl says WELL WE DON'T HAVE ANY SALADS I ask well why did you let me order one? To which she said well we don't have any....... This isn't the first time they haven't had salads, but the first time where they let me order one at the mic and then not have one when I wait to get to the window...... Am I mad? He'll yes.......

Service is terrible. I work in ems we dont fit under the cover at the drive threw after waiting 10 mins to place an order we are told. U can come inside. Only to see we have to wait again. And while waiting we get a call and have to leave without food. Please understand this might be our only chance to eat today on our 24hr shift. The woman at the drive threw could have taken our order. Like several have in the past. Thanks for thinking about the first responders in your neighborhood. Will tell everyone what happened.

EXTREMELY rude service. Not the first time either. You should treat people with some decency. Sorry if you hate your job that much maybe you should find a new one. SO RUDE !!!!! Also you left out my coleslaw on all three plates. Also you have a sign up that says you closed at 8 get an attitude when I apologize for not hearing you correctly trying to politely make sure you were open. Ridiculous.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! They honestly deserve a negative 5 stars!!! Please note this review was made after serval issues on different occasions but today was the worst! My order wasn’t correct, almost no sauce on my wings- which also wasn’t the right flavor.. my fries were cold and my “sweet tea” was actually flavored water due to them being too lazy to make more. I understand it’s fast food but if you can’t (or should I say don’t want to) perform simple tasks, why work there?! Every time I go the employees have a negative attitude and are ALWAYS on their phones. They get mad at you if you make a complaint or request a recook, so I debated on contacting corporate but honestly feel they could care less.. the entire staff needs to be retrained or dismissed for individuals who take pride on what they do. I doubt any of their management team even care about reviews to resolve the issues but I’m telling you- and honestly saving you by saying DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!
