The first time. the tigers blood ice was rude and we waited about 20 minutes for two tassen. only one person who makes tassen.

Awsome shaved ice, I really like that you can get as many flavors as you want. The staff were very nice. VERY refreshing on a hot day, also cute place to take pictures.

Great ice cream flavors. They didn't skimp on loading up the waffle cones. Leopolds Ice Cream is good, but we all thought this was better. The place across the street, Ben and somethings, not worth crossing the street for.

Friendly service and very tasty. I like it a lot better than water ice.

First time there and it was amazing. Staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. My kids were as happy as could be, they got cotton candy and blue raspberry mixed with blue Hawaiian. They also got the banana pudding ice cream and cotton candy ice cream. I got a coffee milkshake that was THE BEST EVER! Definitely going back soon!
