Vernona Gourmet - Sarasota

Our first time in Vernona and we were pleasantly surprised. we were looking for an alternative to the usual places in saint armands circle and fell on vernona thanks to google maps. the atmosphere is in order, similar to an English pub feeling. they had pop music from the 80s on the sound system and it was a bit louder than it was necessary, but not to be unbearable. I love this genre of music, but the people with whom I made a comment that it must be a bit “too much”. the service was exceptional. our server was a thin young man who smiled all the time, was extremely gracious and friendly and got our submissions perfect. eating was also very good. this restaurant has a Hungarian thema and I ordered the traditional Hungarian breakfast that was from this world. I am very happy that we stumbled over this restaurant and we will try them out at dinner.

Only spend it on resy and hostess told us she had no space for us. then spoke to manager. showed her email confirmation and istky said I'm sorry no room. I wait in cash and had a nice waitress.

My friends and I enjoyed a quiet dinner. our server was very nice, although it had been a bit more knowledgeable on the menu points. the food was very tasty and very generous portions. we shared a dessert of sponge cake, with chocolate choke, rusty and whipped cream. absolutely delicious! we will definitely return!
