Large restaurant with many menu choices, live music and the best view on saransk.

Hands down the worst place we've tried in our 4 day visit to Saransk. The local mordovian dishes (which is why we chose it) weren't available nor were half of the desserts. Compared to the other restaurants in city that we've tried they don't match up. The quality of the food is subpar and the service made you feel rushed. We've loved all the hole in the wall places that we've tried and can literally taste the difference with this place. The hype is just because it has a view but for over double the price that we've paid for amazing meals and amazingly good service this place is not worth it.

Samovar is the worst restaurant i’ve been in Saransk, they claim its very high end and glamorous place, but don’t fall for it go spend your money somewhere else! Beautiful interior and the and the rudest, unprofessional service! Unbelievable…
