Cantina Da Conchetta - São Paulo

If you're looking for a traditional place with great Italian environment in São Paulo, you should go to Bixiga and Conchetta. Food is good and a bit more expensive than other places, but still on the average for this neighborhood.

Great pizza, great atmosphere and the owner gladly too a picture with us. Would love to go back if ever in Sao Paulo again.

Must to visit in Bixiga! The owner Mr Walter and staff works a lot, presents a small show and the food We ate a lasagna quattro formaggi and garlic spagetti with polpettoni is very tasteful! The house is decorated with italian themes, sao paulo pictures and posters with newspapers prizes. The atmosphere is very simple and nice for families or friends group. Warning: one pasta is for 2 3 people! :

The service was slow, the pasta overcooked, the bolognesa sauce barely had any meet at all, it was thin and untasteful. The entrada had a good sardina paté and good eggplant. If you care about quantity this place may be for you, if you like well prepared pasta, I would avoid it.
