Bistro Central - Santiago de Querétaro

Went there trying to have brunch at near Chucho el roto, but it was impossible to access when we viewed Meson de Santa Rosa hotel just across the streat.They offered a brunch very much superior thant the one at Chucho el roto.They brunch offered healthy choices together with a mimosa and very well cooked Mexican typical dishes, carnitas and barbacoa where great.I do not give them 5 points because the service was some how slow, but definitly is an option that has to be visited while en Queretaro down town, also the hotel looks fabulous but haven´t stay there yet.

This restaurant was heaven after terrible experience eating in Querétaro. Staff and meals in here saved me.Cuisine is mostly Mexican with an international twist.The have crêpes but also a molcajete with prawns, both highly recommended.Breakfast and dinner (in the 4-5pm sense, or rather lunch in the Mexican sense, 3pm) is highly recommended. Wine selection is also good. Staff is incredibly attentive to customer needs and really helpful.It was the best way to say good bye to an interesting experience in Querétaro.
