The wasabi sculpting was outstanding, the staff behind the counter were very friendly, and the poke bowl was excellent.

This is a fantastic spot if you're a fan of ceviche, offering a diverse selection of ingredients and flavors. Since I registered online, I've been receiving numerous great promotional deals through text messages. Whenever I visit, there are usually only a few customers, but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I really hope they attract more business.

The ordering process was straightforward. You simply walk along the line and choose your rice, proteins, and toppings to fill your bowl. They also offer miso soup and various side dishes. This particular location is in Paseo Nuevo, and despite being busy, the staff were helpful. I stood to the side for a moment, studying the menu and observing others as they placed their orders and created their bowls, which made my mouth water. I decided to start with one of the chef's bowls. I ordered a small miso soup and a small Chef Bowl B. The server guided me through the process, giving me a glimpse of all the options for my next visit. Considering the long line, the service was impressively efficient. They also have coupons available and offer delivery. Overall, I think I’ll be back tomorrow to create my own custom bowl!

I loved everything but the ceviche. The soda was also really good (they give a free soda for military)

Don’t get me wrong, this place was good, just not great. The staff didn’t seem too pumped about being there, which always sets a strange tone for guests. They had plenty of options, it just didn’t feel particularly new or exciting. Tons of seating indoors and a few out in the mall. Nice option if you’re looking for something fresh while shopping.
