Jeannine’s has the best scones I have ever had. I wish I could have them delivered to me.

Was only passing through Santa Barbara but I’m so glad I stopped at this place for brunch! Service was great, food was even better and we loved the outdoor seating. Would 100% eat here again!

I have loved Jeanine’s for 30 years and even with increasing prices I have remained loyal because it’s the best. I have always rated them five stars in the past, but now they lose a star… Why? The post Covid paper cup excuse is getting old… Give me a break! This is a QUALITY place. And I see no reason you can’t go back to ceramic mugs if you want to remain synonymous with quality.

Excellent place for breakfast on upper state. There are few others that are as good. I usually get omelets with a side a fruit. They also have good coffee. I usually get an almond milk latte. This is a nice place for locals and also to bring visitors from out of town. I highly recommend this place.
