Yooji's Sushi - Sankt Gallen

The sushi at yooji’s is very good (regarded it is prefabricated), but I can also recommend the surprising sweet-soy nudel soup with sponge tofu. there are three new and unusual types of vegan sushi including one side that I can also recommend. they are finally available in a vegan single kombi. the prices are quite high for take off, hard, and they need several for a real meal. the caption on the take-out is very clear, but on the dinner menu they need after a small w updated by previous review on 2019-01-06

They have many ways to take away, including vegan sushi, salads, sometimes also vegan dessert, cracker, juices etc. and I love it that they sell frozen mochi friendly staff!

The sushi at this restaurant is excellent, with a wide selection of clearly labeled vegan options on the menu. It can get busy during lunch and dinner hours. The vegan choices range from soups to sushi and salads. I particularly enjoyed the avocado-mango sushi. However, it is on the pricey side.

The takeout sushi at Yooji's is excellent, especially considering it is pre-made. I also highly recommend trying the unique sweet-soy noodle soup with sponge tofu. They now offer three new and unusual types of vegan sushi, including a seitan option, which I also enjoyed. They are available in a vegan-only combo. While the prices for takeout are a bit high and you may need to order multiple items for a full meal, the labeling on the takeout containers is clear. Just note that on the dinner menu, you will need to look for a small "v" to indicate vegan options.
