Please FIRE JOSE! I have been frequenting this location for years and the staff has gotten progressively worse! Last night, I came in and ordered two turkey sandwiches only to get home and discover that there was absolutely no meat on my sandwiches. When we ordered our food, Jose seemed incredibly spaced out but it appeared that he was making the sandwiches correctly so we dismissed his behavior as just being tired. I tried to return to the location as soon as I realized the mistake that Jose made but the restaurant was closed. This morning, I decided to call in to the restaurant and notify them of the issue with my meatless sandwiches so that they may be replaced. Jose answered the phone and as soon as I told him what was going on he said bring them back in a monotone, unapologetic and emotionless voice. No apology or anything. He had no clue if I had thrown the sandwiches away considering the fact that it had been nearly 15 hours since I purchased them. His only solution was bring them back. I asked for a manager, he lied and said he was the manager and hung up when I asked for the store manager. So not only is he deceitful but he is incredibly rude! To hang up on a customer for requesting further assistance is disgusting! I called back and spoke to a shift leader who confirmed that Jose had only started a week ago and that he in fact WAS NOT a manager at all. It sucks that I watched this business come to my community, start off so well then begin to crumble under the weight of mindless and mediocre staff. Please rectify this issue before you are added to the revolving door of businesses who come and go in this area. Making a mistake is understandable but to go as far as to hang up on a customer who is calm and respectful so that you may conceal your mistake, is a character flaw. Please let him go and save your business if you have even a stitch of concern for retaining customer

Poorly managed establishment with at best mediocre food. Ownership does not pay its employees what they agreed on and checks are always short. The place is barely open and the owner seems to think firing everyone is the answer. Maybe if you pay your employees, they might work harder for you. I cannot stand seeing people like this take advantage of young employees that don’t realize what you did to them is highly illegal.

Food is decent not amazing better customs at othe shops l. Now this place has an owner that belittles his staff in front on customers and has a know it all attitude. Me nor anyone I know will return and will have better business contacted because that poor worker was trying her best not to cry and he clearly didn't care/ understand. Also I know they don't clean the slicers between different cuts of meats so not good for allergies or religious reasons.

I'll usually stop in here while getting my car washed next door. Sandwiches seem fresh and are pretty tasty. Service has always been good. Not the most comfortable place to sit in for an extended period of time, but more than sufficient while eating a sandwich.
